3.5 starsWhen I saw that this was free on ARe, I decided to put it on my cart on a whim; even if it was only 4.5k. I thought it was a really nice quickie. This is basically a snapshot on the life of an established couple, psychic Mark Renfrew and his archeologist lover, Jack Faulkner. They are staying in a 5-stars modern hotel (it supposes to NOT be haunted!) until Mark gets a sense that something bad has happened there previously. Jack helps Mark to find what happened and then Mark exorcists the ghost. Yes, it was very quick, but I enjoyed it nonetheless.Then I found out, Mark and Jack had a previous story in which they met, in [b:The Psychic's Tale|18069677|The Psychic's Tale|Chris Quinton|http://d202m5krfqbpi5.cloudfront.net/books/1371029756s/18069677.jpg|21905645]. I guess I better retrace my steps and buy that one, in order to get more acquainted with the two men. Because apparently, I'm a sucker for stories with ghosts.
