I wish I could say something positive -- but personally, all I can say that this story is just bland. The mystery is bland. The characters are bland. The chemistry is bland. I'm not enjoying the supposedly transformation from partners to lovers. The whole obsession of Brady with Hannigan's navel ring doesn't ring sexy to me. And what's with all the smoldering looks and thinking that the teacher, because she's flirty, it immediately makes her a murder suspect? Heck, maybe it's just me, that I have different expectation when it comes to romance that is wrapped in a title that has the word "murder" and "mysteries". For me, this one is simply forgettable and I can't say that this one is passable for my "okay" category.PS: On top of that, I am a bit bummed that the story I bought from ARe turned out having a different cover than the one being on display (both here and on ARe). The cover being displayed here is way prettier.
