My memory is so, SO bad :(. I really liked this. Grace being a very submissive wolf while Cooper was a complete dominant was an intriguing idea. However, I couldn't really say that I loved it because somehow, I felt that the journey of Grace's accepting Cooper was done pretty smoothly. It know it might be due to the limitation of this being a novella. I felt if it was longer, it would be more exciting. I felt that there should be a whole lot more issues to deal with, in order to get the balance needed to make that relationship work.Texture of Intimacy: 4.25 starsGOD DAMN YOU, LAUREN MEN!!! BASTARD!!Okay, now that I let that all out ... one of my slight disappointment with [b:Kiss of Snow|8712343|Kiss of Snow (Psy-Changeling, #10)|Nalini Singh|http://d.gr-assets.com/books/1327439236s/8712343.jpg|13585210] is that Lara and Walker's story acts as secondary romance to that of Hawke and Sienna. I feel like they are cheated somehow, that this silent Psy who sacrifices everything to keep his family safe and this gentle wolf-healer, deserve their own story. So, this novella is a lovely consolation.I love how the two are learning about intimacy, especially for Walker since he's a Psy and skin-to-skin privilege is not something he is familiar with, before he defected to join the SnowDancer. I love the scene where he quietly asks Lara not to kiss another man in the mouth, because now she belongs to him. So, so wonderful.So why not 5-stars? Because AGAIN, I'm a bit annoyed with Nalini Singh for not giving me MORE of this couple. I want to know more, I want to know whether they go with their plan to make a child together. Even the mating ceremony happens off-page. Grrrrr. Not cool, Nalini.
